These terms establish a fair, transparent relationship between you and Guldza. We've written them in plain language because we believe you deserve to understand every word.

Agreement to Terms
By creating an account or using Guldza, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree with any part of these terms, please don't use our service. We want every user to feel comfortable with our agreement.
Age Requirement
Guldza is intended for users who are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the applicable age threshold. If we become aware that a user does not meet the age requirement, we will terminate their account and delete their data.
What Guldza Provides
Guldza is a personal finance tracking application with a Norse Aetherpunk themed interface. We provide tools for expense tracking, budgeting, savings goals, and artificial intelligence financial insights. Our service helps you organize and understand your finances—but the financial decisions remain yours.
Oracle Limitations
Guldza uses artificial intelligence ("Oracle") to generate insights, recommendations, and analysis of your financial data. These outputs are for informational and entertainment purposes only. The Oracle has inherent limitations and may produce inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information. You should independently verify any Oracle-generated insights before making financial decisions. Guldza does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any Oracle content.
Your Account
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Use a strong, unique password and enable two-factor authentication when available. You must provide accurate information when signing up, and you're responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact us immediately.
Data Accuracy
While Guldza strives to accurately process and display your financial information, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of data imported from external sources, extracted via OCR, or entered manually. Transaction categorization, balance calculations, and other automated processing may contain errors. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of all financial data displayed in Guldza. We recommend regularly comparing Guldza data against your official bank statements and financial records.
Subscriptions & Payments
Guldza offers free and paid tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Prices may change with 30 days notice. You can cancel anytime—your access continues until the end of your billing period. We offer full refunds within 14 days of purchase if you're not satisfied.
Acceptable Use
Use Guldza for its intended purpose: personal finance management. Don't use it for illegal activities, to harm others, to transmit malicious code, or to attempt to access other users' data. Don't reverse engineer, scrape, or overload our systems. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
Gamification Features
Guldza includes gamification features such as ranks, achievements, daily challenges, Seidr tokens, and other reward systems. These features are designed for entertainment and motivation purposes only. Virtual items, tokens, points, ranks, and achievements: (a) have no monetary or cash value; (b) cannot be exchanged for real currency; (c) do not represent any professional certification or qualification; and (d) may be modified or removed at our discretion. Participation in gamification features does not constitute financial advice or endorsement of any financial behavior.
Ending Our Relationship
You can delete your account anytime from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice when possible. Upon termination, we'll delete your data according to our retention policy, unless legally required to keep it.
Service Availability
Guldza is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice. Guldza shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from service interruptions, data loss, or system failures.

Guldza is a tracking and organization tool—not a financial advisor, tax professional, or investment service. We provide information to help you understand your finances, but we're not responsible for financial decisions you make. Always consult qualified professionals for financial, tax, or legal advice.
Changes to Terms
We may update these terms to reflect service changes or legal requirements. For significant changes, we'll notify you via email or in-app notification at least 30 days in advance. Continuing to use Guldza after changes take effect means you accept the new terms.
